My wife brought our 2001 Suburban into your shop last Friday.  She had just driven a couple of days earlier with our kids from Houston as part of the evacuation process ahead of Hurricane Rita.  Our temperature gauge had gone out and therefore was causing the car to overheat and lose power. Obviously, due to the circumstances of leaving our home and the potential of having her car break down, my wife was under extreme stress.  Your staff helped calm her fears by getting the part ordered that day and installed it the early the next day.  They tested the car for her and even looked at an issue that another service shop said that we needed to spend lots of money repairing that you advised was not needed.  She was very impressed with your service and professionalism and I wanted to write and thank you personally for helping my wife during a time of real need.   It was comforting to know on our trip back to Houston that our car had been well -serviced.   We have told all of the folks that we met in the Coppell area about your fine establishment.  Again thank you for everything that you did for my wife.
